Quantified Imaging

Fantastic result to report from Quantified Imaging: our ASL-based diagnostic classifiers outperform other PET/MRI or fluid biomarkers for i) separating MCI from AD and ii) predicting converters from MCI to AD at 12/24/36 months [ADNI3 data]. This places us in the middle of the dementia pathway - where treatment decisions are currently most important - and brings us closer to establishing ASL as standard-of-care in a PET-free world. Next we will look to replicate the result on a separate dataset. Thanks to Armen Bodossian, Xin Zhang, Avital Dell'Ariccia and Georgia Kenyon for the months of work that has gone into this.

Team Update!   Off the back of our being awarded an SBRI grant from Innovate UK, we are pleased to introduce our new project team:   Armen Bodossian is our new Project Manager and will be leading the development of imaging biomarkers of dementia for use in clinical trials. He joins us with many years experience across industries specialising in Machine Learning Engineering.   Avital Dell'Ariccia is our new Applications Engineer who will be working alongside Armen on delivering the project. She joins as a recent graduate from Imperial College London with a MSc. in Human and Biological Robotics as well as experience in applied Data Science.   Please join us in welcoming Armen and Avital to the team!

Quantified Imaging has closed a pre-seed round led by Armajaro Holdings Limited. Hannah Bruce will be joining the board with valuable experience of both founding and investing in numerous health businesses. Great news to kick off the year: Quantified Imaging has been awarded an SBRI grant from Innovate UK to develop imaging biomarkers of dementia for clinical trials. This brings us closer to our ultimate goal of a scalable and non-invasive diagnostic for routine clinical use. Thanks Innovate UK!
