About us
At Queensberry, we understand the impact of great design on community wellbeing and economic prosperity. We seek to improve the quality of the towns and cities we work in via transformational regeneration. We want to share our knowledge, our vision and our love of what we do. We help local authorities and private investors remix their town centres and buildings so they become better places to spend our time in. With our public sector clients we manage and coordinate the entire development process from start to finish. For our private sector clients we repurpose, reposition and redevelop assets, supporting or leading, as required. Our reputation is built on 30 years’ cross-sector expertise, innovative design and focus on delivery. Hospitality, retail, offices, leisure and residential all form part of our track record, while our latest projects involve reimagining buildings to make way for medical centres and educational facilities.

Congratulations to Tiber Young Producers project for winning the Community Cohesion Award at the Liverpool City Region Culture Creativity Awards. 'The Threads that Bind Us’, was held at Metquarter and featured portraits of Tiber Young Producers wearing their designs, created with the support of fashion designer Andrew Ibi, and includes reflections on their experiences of community, what it is like to be a young person in 2024 and creating positive change. Well done! 👏

Check out these fantastic images from Simon Callaghan Photography of our project in Southwark, Borough Yards. These excellent night-time shots are a great opportunity to show the quality use of textures and materials in the scheme, and innovative use of lighting highlighting it all.
Capturing the amazing Borough Yards. With such a huge group of developers, designers and contractors, it's best just to name them all :-) 1 of 4. A brilliant project to be involved with. We photographed halfway through the development, but the best bits were already built :). More photos in the profile links. It's MIPIM week, but this year we're not heading to Cannes and staying a little more local as part of our sustainability drive relating to essential travel. We look forward to seeing all our clients and contacts at UKREiiF next month in sunny Leeds. You will however, find us supporting Alternative MIPIM in Sheffield on Thursday 13th March where we're looking forward to seeing colleagues, and hearing from Mayor for South Yorkshire Oliver Coppard on what we can expect for the region. It's also raising funds for The Children's Hospital Charity, so come along and say hello if you see us 👋
