“I joined Rayner almost 15 years ago as a Project Engineer in the R&D department. At that time it was a vastly different company: our entire cross-functional technical team was small enough to sit around the same table, and we operated from an aging factory on a commercial trading estate in Hove. Since then we have grown into a truly international company, opening offices across the world, employing expert staff across every business area, and building a brand new state-of-the-art global headquarters and manufacturing facility in Worthing. My personal progression through the company sees me today leading the Research & Development Department and representing our new product development and innovation programs at the company Executive Committee level. A common thread running throughout my time at Rayner has been our commitment to launching market-leading innovative products, enabling us to restore the eyesight of millions of patients across the world. I feel that this commitment is stronger now than ever, and makes working here both an exciting and rewarding experience. ”
