This Wednesday, we had the privilege of joining Jaguar Land Rover at their main offices for their Movember event, where our Head of Training, Nathan shearman, led a powerful session on navigating difficult but essential conversations. Nathan spoke about the importance of addressing men’s mental health openly, as well as critical health issues like prostate and testicular cancer. Topics like these are often challenging to discuss, yet they’re so vital for building a workplace culture where everyone feels supported.
