Our Technical Director, Scott Laird, recently shared his insights with Building Magazine on how the construction sector needs to embrace the AI revolution to avoid getting left behind. In the article, Scott explains how AI can bring enormous benefits to the sector by opportimising processes and efficiency, stating: “It is not hard to imagine a future where centralised models automate the creation of detailed buildings based on predefined rules, streamlining the entire design-to-construction process’. This week, we marked a significant achievement as the final 18 modules were delivered that make up a new £22 million SEND school in Wembley. These were the final modular units of the 121 required to construct the new school building at the ultra-sustainable Wembley Manor School in London Road, which has been built to meet the growing need for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) places in Brent. We were honoured to welcome local ward councillors and teachers from the school, including Councillor Muhammed Butt, Leader of Brent Council, CEO of the school Jayne Jardine and Executive Director, Louise Kimber, for a tour of the newly installed ground-floor classrooms. Joe Shepherd MRICS, Education Director said “Wembley Manor school will provide an incredible SEND facility for Brent, and we are extremely proud of the progress we’ve made to bring the new school to fruition. The successful installation of the modular units ahead of schedule is testament to the hard work and dedication of our team and our commitment to delivering high-quality and sustainable educational facilities for pupils to learn and thrive. As the school is being delivered to BREEAM Outstanding, it will be one of the most sustainable SEND schools in the country, setting a new benchmark for environmentally responsible and future-proofed education spaces.” Read more about our new SEND school, here: https://lnkd.in/e5uhppAa Christine Jackson | Andrew Chaplin | Cllr Gwen Grahl | Teo Benea | Tanveer Ghani | Neil Martin | Ihtesham Malik Afzal | Ishma Moeen | Ajmal Akram | Shirley Parks | Nicola Insley ACIM | Richard Thompson | Abi Taylor | Gary Page-Curley MCIOB | Orla Ni Chualain CMIOSH

Happy International Women’s Day 2025! 💜 Today we celebrate the amazing women at Reds10 focussing on their talent, dedication and invaluable contributions that drive our success. We marked the occasion with a lunch, during which our senior team shared their inspirational journeys in the industry, reflecting on proud moments, challenges they’ve faced as women and offering advice to the next generation of women in construction. We also hosted a bake sale in both our London and Driffield offices yesterday, raising money for Refuge the UK’s largest domestic abuse charity for women and children, and we are pleased to share that we raised a total of £438 for this incredible cause. We are looking forward to DPRTE 2025 and ready to help you find what you need – whether it’s delivering single living accommodation or environmental expertise (or just the right stand!). You’ll find Reds10 on Stand 73 – your go-to for industrialised production in defence infrastructure. Looking for environmental risk management? That’s our friends at REDS Group over on Stand 96. Same colour, different mission – but both here to support the future of defence. See you there! #DPRTE #IndustrialisedProduction #DefenceInfrastructure
DPRTE 2025 is just four weeks away, and we’re proud to be a platinum sponsor. Visit us at Stand 96 or join us on 26th March at 11:40 am in the Infrastructure and Estates Zone, where we’ll deliver a session on Defence Partnerships – The Added Value of Working with an SME. If you’d like to join us, we have passes available. Please get in touch with Mark Griffiths for more details. One last thing - there was some confusion last year, with quite a few people confusing us with Reds10. So, let’s clear this up: Modular spaces are their thing. Environmental risk management is ours. Different mission, same colour. #DPRTE2025 #DefenceProcurement #REDS #REDS10
