Yesterday, on World Homeless Day Debbie Cracknell and Kate Bourne visited the Curzon Cinema to watch ‘I’m STILL HERE’ an incredible film created by Under One Sky, a volunteer-led charity striving to end homelessness in the UK and beyond. The film was made to give people living on the street a voice, revealing what can be achieved through community and compassion. We urge everyone to watch the film, donate, or support this important organisation in any way you can (today Debbie is volunteering and handing out sandwiches). Showcasing our recent EXPO REAL (Messe München) media campaigns for Pembroke and Evonite. For Evonite, we were able to share their team’s thoughts on the current landscape of the European property market and what macro-economic factors might impact investment. 📰 https://lnkd.in/g48B8V9W Meanwhile, we were able to work with Pembroke to promote its upcoming enhancement of its iconic Maximilianhöfe mixed-use scheme in Munich, as well as talk to German and Pan-European media about growing their presence in the residential sector. 📰https://lnkd.in/eYsXQE9x International conferences are always a great chance to catch up with our pan-European media contacts, so we also arranged some interesting meetings with journalists for both clients with @PropertyEU and @Iberian Property Role on MAPIC in a few months time!

As the country’s politicians recover from conference season, Redwood’s very own Gabriel Abulafia, Gregory Ford and Christopher Kirtley have been reflecting on the key takeaways from each party conference and how this will shape the UK’s politics at the start of this new parliamentary term Check out our blog to find out more… https://lnkd.in/epif94xm #realestate #politicalanalysis
Party conferences are known for their late nights, the ‘merch’ and abundant beige food, but they also provide broad indications of each party’s direction. In this blog Redwood Consulting’s Gregory Ford, Christopher Kirtley and I have highlighted the key takeaways from the UK-wide political parties in the wake of the General Election.

Brilliant to showcase Workman LLP's expertise across different sub-sectors of the built environment We had the pleasure of working with Adam Branson https://lnkd.in/eQBgGjtY for Property Week’s recent Property Management feature, and to hear Richard Hart’s views on how the industry is adapting to post-pandemic occupier and landlord expectations. As the UK’s largest independent PM and building consultancy, Workman LLP’s partners have experience in nearly every sub-sector of the UK’s built environment; and its fantastic to translate this into concise analysis in key publications. Recently this has included: Richard Cooper’s op/ed for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. on aligning institutional investors standard with volume residential delivery: https://lnkd.in/ej23JE-n Chris Wilkins MRICS’ explanatory article for Green Street News on the complex issues posed by RAAC for the dilapidations process: https://lnkd.in/gqGuzqps Matthew Osborne’s analysis column for EG on the new gateway process and the potential issues for forthcoming mixed-use schemes. https://lnkd.in/ebvc_Cni Finally, it was wonderful to work with EG to publicise Workman’s recent graduate and apprentice intake as the firm continues to expand https://lnkd.in/e9zuBrPa #RealEstate
