It's been nearly two weeks since the Southampton Marathon event. What a great event it was! The event offers a fantastic route through the City of Southampton and attracts many supporters to cheer on runners as they pass. Luckily, the event is back for its tenth year in 2025, organised by ReesLeisure and sponsored by ABP Southampton. ABP's ongoing sponsorship of the Southampton Marathon is a key part of the ABP series, a programme of support for mass participation in wellness events close to its port locations in 2024. These include Cleethorpes (near ABP's Port of Grimsby), Newport, Cardiff, and Ipswich. Events which are open to all, and include two marathons, four half-marathons, three 10K runs and two 5K runs. #community #communityevents #running #southampton
