    Yesterday marked a milestone worth celebrating as we recognised and honoured our Chief Operations Officer, Matt Gray, on his 17th work anniversary with ResQ! Matt's journey with ResQ began back in 2007; in his own words, he joined ResQ with big ambitions. With a 9-month-old baby and a mortgage to pay, ResQ was a purposeful move. Matt had something to prove; even on day one, starting as an agent, Matt was driven to succeed. In his very first week, Matt's determination was palpable; he shattered all of ResQ's existing records, setting a precedent for excellence that has only continued to grow over the years. Over the course of 17 years, Matt's journey has been one of constant growth. After climbing up the ranks and winning Contact Centre Manager of the Year in 2016, Matt exemplifies what it means to be a true game-changer. His impact within our organisation has been nothing short of colossal, and today Matt proudly holds the title of Chief Operations Officer. Surrounded by his team, presented by CEO Gill, and joined by Nic, this special milestone is a testament to Matt's enduring commitment and invaluable contributions to ResQ. And what better way to celebrate than by hosting our 2nd Breakfast with the Boss of the Quarter in Hull, a tradition that embodies Matt's leadership style: inclusive, entertaining, and engaging!     Celebrating Two Years of Partnership: ResQ and #HullBid Superhero Day! 🎉 This past Friday, we had the pleasure of celebrating our second year of partnership with HullBid for the annual Superhero Day, and it was absolutely fantastic! Being part of this community event fits perfectly with our values at ResQ, showing that ResQ is more than just a job. Our team at ResQ had so much fun dressing up and being part of a great event with local families and guardians of Hull. From capes to games, face paints, and everything in between, it was all about bringing smiles to children's faces and making joyful memories. Superhero Day was more than just an event for us; it showed why ResQ is a great place to work—where we are genuinely passionate about making a real difference in our community.     Celebrating 2 Years of Success!   There was so much to celebrate as we recognised the 2nd birthday of our ResQ OneChat Campaign, and what an incredible year it has been!   The team's performance and results over the last 12 months are a true reflection of our passion for client and customer satisfaction. This year, as a testament to our trusted partnership and our outsourcing expertise, our team had the distinction of being the first to pilot new multi-chat efficiencies in customer communications with great success.    With our groundbreaking technology and team's experience, we've achieved remarkable efficiencies and delivered exceptional results, on par with the client's in-house team.     🌟Celebrating a Remarkable #ResQ Journey 🌟   On Friday, we bid farewell to a remarkable gentleman, Andy Richards, and took a moment to reflect on an extraordinary career filled with dedication, passion, and countless contributions to ResQ and his team. Retirement is not an everyday occurrence at ResQ, so we wanted to mark this as a very special event. After 11 years of service, at his final team buzz session, surrounded by his team, he was joined by Gill, Nic, Matt and his manager, Chris, who, presented Andy with his award and gift. Andy's commitment and positive spirit have left an indelible mark on ResQ. His guidance and kindness were recognised by all.     The importance of celebrating achievements together! Last Friday marked a milestone as we celebrated the first anniversary of one of our campaigns here at ResQ. Since launching a year ago with just 13 agents, the team has grown significantly and is fast approaching 150. Over the last 12 months, the team's combined performance has delivered some truly remarkable results for our client. "This level of growth often comes with its risks and concerns, but the team around me has overcome any hurdle along the way and continued MoM to deliver incredible rev rates, which continue to rise.
