Wow, what a milestone! As the #LondonCareRecord (LCR) reaches 50 million moments of care, we reflect on how ReStart - Interoperable Digital Care enables health and care staff to have the information they need, when they need it… - South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM) – the first Mental Health Trust to share data into LCR and across London, a gamechanger for mental health care across the capital. - Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) – maintaining and migrating the new LCR data feeds from Epic, the largest Epic deployment in Europe. - Universal Care Plan (UCP) – enabling Londoners to have their care and support wishes at the fingertips of all healthcare professionals involved in their care. Data sharing and integration are critical to the success of LCR, and we're proud that SLAM, GSTT and UCP (Better) count on our IMX Support day in and day out to maintain their share of these 50 million moments of care. Here’s to the next 50 million! 🎉 #interoperabilityexperts #teamwork #datasharing
We are delighted to announce that the #LondonCareRecord has now been used over 50 million times by frontline health and care staff across the Capital and beyond. That is over 50 million moments of care that have been supported by health and care staff having the information they need when they need it. Thanks to everyone involved in making the #LondonCareRecord an essential and must have tool that genuinely supports more effective, safer and quicker care. We look forward to our continued work together expanding this tool even further so even more patients benefit. You can read more here: https://bit.ly/3WcaZJY
