Album cover photo in the bag 😂 Four great days in Berlin completing our FY25 planning with the team and we even had time to see a few sites and to ensure we maintained optimal hydration levels! I always love these trips as they give us an opportunity to immerse ourselves fully in shaping the future of rev.space but also to reflect on what we have achieved to get to this point. This was one of the best offsites yet, we have come away with lots to do as always, but we have the clarity we need to push forwards and I can’t wait to bring the next phase of our growth to life. Really enjoyed speaking at the Innovation Stage at the B2B Marketing Expo last week! Thank you to everyone who showed up and engaged with such thoughtful questions about sales and marketing alignment (my favourite topic!) I shared insights on why true alignment between sales and marketing is one of the biggest untapped growth opportunities in B2B. Real alignment isn't about friendly meetings and agreeing on everything. It requires: 1. Mutual goals and metrics 2. Shared data and insights 3. A unified customer journey 4. Collaboration rather than coordination 5.
