A great milestone to kick start 2025, Riverstone Living invited us to the topping out ceremony for the King's Road Park development in south-west London for 142 luxury apartments. At King’s Road Park, 25,000 sq. ft. of amenity space will be delivered including a restaurant, bar, club room, library, swimming pool and spa, a gym designed for physiotherapy and rehabilitation, an exercise studio, espresso bar and cinema. Good site visit today, to our project in Newark-on-Trent town centre with Stepnell. Poistive initial session discussing interfaces and potential compliance issues with onsite works between #PDBR (adviser) and #PCBR Then a site walk around the #constructionsite 🏗️ Good progress in the ground and erecting #steelwork. Tricky interfaces on this one with multiple #partywall conditions, big level changes and the #historic #facade #retention.
