    What do poorly fitted sports bras & F1 drivers have in common? Research has shown that breasts can move up to 19cm when not supported during running, the same G force as an F1 driver. One of the biggest challenges for women in sport is how to get the right levels of support required for high-intensity exercise without compromising comfort? ‘RHEON is unique because it is dynamic, so it’s very soft when you’re not very active and it becomes stiffer as your intensity of activity grows.     72% of women around the world experience pain whilst exercising. For women all around the world who make up that statistic, running has been synonymous with pain from sports bras - feeling scared to stride out due to feeling unsupported, or feeling over-compressed and suffocated with stitch marks digging into them at every point. A sports bra is the single most important piece of apparel for women, yet women’s needs have been underserved for decades when it comes to sports bras designed to support the female form. Research has shown that breasts can move up to 19cm when not supported during running, the same G force as an F1 driver, whilst over 90% of women are wearing a sports bra that doesn’t fit them properly.
