Collaboration with stakeholders is vital... 🤝 When selecting and embedding KRIs in your organisation, it's really important to involve the business. A number of our our members have raised setting KRIs and linking them to risk appetite as a key priority. So we facilitated a series of virtual collaborative meetings for them to share approaches, and learn from CROs/heads of risk who had successfully set and embedded appetite in their organisations. In one of those meetings, they discussed approaches and lessons learned when collaborating with stakeholders when establishing and embedding KRIs.
