We’re always working to fund projects that help reduce stress for children during their hospital visits. For #NationalStressAwarenessWeek, we’re highlighting the 3D goggles and interactive technology we funded for the A&E department at the Royal Alex. These tools help distract young patients, making their treatments less stressful. In 2006, Rockinghorse launched a multi-million-pound fundraising campaign to support the opening of the new Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we were able to equip the hospital with cutting-edge, state-of-the-art medical equipment when it opened in 2007.
