We are proud to announce that our iconic One Devonshire Gardens Glasgow hotel has once again retained its prestigious 3 AA Rosettes, a testament to the incredible work of Chef Martin Thliveros and his talented team. In addition, we’re thrilled to celebrate our Hotel du Vin Newcastle for earning its first AA Rosette, adding to our growing list of accolades across our properties. As we continue to raise the bar in hospitality, we invite you to experience the unique charm and sophistication of Hotel du Vin this autumn and winter. We are thrilled to share the final shots showcasing the magnificent transformation of Hotel du Vin York. Led by renowned designer Anita Rosato, our newly refurbished bedrooms and suites showcase an eclectic blend of old-world charm and modern luxury, taking inspiration from some of the city’s iconic landmarks, including York Minster and the Medieval Shambles. The design features bold patterns and vibrant colours from Manuel Canovas, Caamance, and Schumacher, alongside upcycled furniture and new French farmhouse and British-made pieces. The two striking colour schemes, russet, oranges with muted pinks, and vivid leaf green, lime, and celadon, are paired with dark wood furniture, creating a fabulously fun and distinctive atmosphere for guests.

We are delighted to announce that we have passed the halfway mark in our ambitious multi-million-pound project to revitalise guestrooms across our 19 properties, just in time for our upcoming 30th anniversary. This initiative, led by acclaimed designer, Anita Rosato, blends each hotel's unique history and architecture with our signature style, offering a perfect balance of old-world charm and modern luxury. Over the past four years, the project has transformed 465 bedrooms across 10 hotels, including recent standout renovations at Hotel du Vin York. We are proud to announce the return of Martin Thliveros, as our new head chef at One Devonshire Gardens, Glasgow. With over two decades of experience in Scotland's hospitality industry, Martin Thliveros' journey has come full circle. After working at acclaimed venues like the Blythswood Hotel and Cameron House, he now returns to One Devonshire Gardens, where he served as a Chef de Partie in 2007. "Returning to One Devonshire Gardens feels like coming home.
