We are delighted to share aerial photos of our IKO waterproofing installations on the new Worthing Integrated Care Centre. This circa £40M project was handed over to WICC by main contractor Galliford Try in late 2024 . It provides state of the art NHS healthcare for the local community, including: GP, Dentistry, Mental health services and a Pharmacy. ROOFLINE Group installed the IKO Permatec hot melt and Ultra Prevent RBM flat roofing incorporating Permascreed to create roof falls, Thermal Insulations, Green roofscapes, paving, roof safety systems, access hatches and roof drainage. Our busy start to 2025 is showing no signs of letting up. Despite the inclement weather our teams have persevered working on multiple projects across the South and London - getting clients buildings in the dry and installing roof finishes. The end of February marks nearing completion of 3 University buildings, 4 School extensions, 1 Hospital roof refurbishment, 1 new STEM building, Silvertown Plot 6 housing development and Bournemouth Football Club training ground to note a few, plus we have started 5 new major projects, including a 2 year residential contract in Cambridge.
