What book are you reading? I’m reading Into the Wild… again! It’s my favourite book and film and always gets me hyped for an adventure. What was the last gig you went to? Fat Freddys Drop at the Beacon in Bristol - 10/10 fun What's the most interesting place you've ever visited? On a road trip through Turkey I stayed at a BnB in the mountains that was only accessible by a tiny cable car that was built by the owner over a 400m drop. He had also used his DIY cable car to bring over building materials to build the BnB rooms. It was wild! What do you do in your spare time? In my spare time I love doing anything outdoors. Mountain biking, hiking, and kayaking are some of my favourite activities, preferably with a pub on route! What's your go-to snack during a busy work day? Tough question, I love snacks! Next up in our series of Quick 5 With... an introduction to another face behind the brand. Nathalia Chocowen joined the company as Sales Office Co-ordinator in July 2024. We sat down with her to find out about her life outside of Roper Rhodes. What did you do before joining Roper Rhodes? I worked for a company that handled insurance claims where I learned that the most common way people lose the Rolexes us by walking their dog (apparently people think it's a great cover story). What book are you reading? I am currently reading 'The Wind-Up Bird Chronicles' by Haruki Murakami. I've been reading it on and off, and to be honest, I'm still not sure what's going on. What do you do in your spare time? I draw (not well) but other than that, I sleep, I'm not a very interesting person! What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten? A boa constrictor. My grandad found one wrapped around a tree in the back garden and decided to cook it. Tasted like rubbery chicken. I wish I was joking! What's your motto in life? I'm here for a good time, not a long time (don't try to convince m otherwise). #roperrhodes #ourpeople #meettheteam
