In honour of National Apprenticeship Week, our apprentices showcased their culinary skills and demonstrated their creativity by taking over our associate restaurant. At Rosewood London, we strive to cultivate the next generation of leaders by offering inspiring learning and development experiences.   This year, we celebrated a significant achievement for our 16 graduates from the Emerging Leaders Program, our leadership learning program aimed at equipping our new leaders with foundational skills for their transition from individual contributors to team leaders. Through a series of leadership workshops, on-the-job experiences, online self-paced learning, and peer learning circles, the associates completed their nine-month journey with a final project that will contribute to improvements within their respective teams.   We look forward to continuing to support our associates with their career development, empowering them to become influential leaders who inspire their teams, drive innovation, and foster a culture of collaboration, enriching one another.   Join us in congratulating our graduates!
