This weekend, we joined the Plaid Cymru spring conference by the sea in sunny Llandudno. Our new manifesto briefing, The road to recovery, sets out our key asks for the next Welsh government. Ahead of the 2026 Senedd election, we’ve worked with doctors across Wales to identify four priorities for the NHS: - address NHS retention with a long-term health and social care workforce plan - tackle poverty and health inequalities with a cross-government strategy - develop and implement a fully costed plan for social care - implement the Clean Air Act 2024 to tackle the health impacts of air pollution. We met with Mabon ap Gwynfor, Plaid’s health and social care spokesperson, and joined colleagues at the Welsh NHS Confederation Health and Wellbeing Alliance fringe hustings. Great to chat with Plaid Cymru leader, Rhun ap Iorwerth and other Senedd and party members. Diolch o galon, Llandudno! Learn more about our priorities: https://ow.ly/7ZeC50VoJUo
