The amazing team from Milestone Infrastructure were at it again. Coming back for a second day at our Reynolds Road shop, armed with materials to help make the space fit for events, they got stuck in and created a yard that the team absolutely love! Thank you SO much. #CorporateVolunteering #Volunteering #AnimalWelfare #Charity #RSPCA

An independent self-funding branch of the RSPCA in Suffolk rehabilitating and rehoming cats, dogs and small animals.
About us
The RSPCA Suffolk Central Branch has been providing help to animals in need in our local community for over 90 years. Our services include rehoming & rehabilitation at our Martlesham Animal Centre and providing low-cost veterinary care for low income families, pop-up pet food banks, subsidised neutering, microchipping and support & advice. We are a separately registered charity from the national RSPCA and in 2023, 95% of our income came from our own fundraising efforts, including events and our shops, donations from members of the public and legacies and we need to raise nearly £1 million a year to continue to supply our vital animal welfare services across Suffolk. We also have our own Veterinary Welfare Clinic in Ipswich and shops located in Stowmarket, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Felixstowe.

🐱 Meet Tundra, a special feline looking for her purrfect home! Poor Tundra has not had the best starts in life. She is very under socialised so isn’t completely comfortable with all the normal things that a domestic cat would like. After not coping in the cattery, Tundra has been living in her new foster home where people are learning a lot more about her character. Tundra loves the luxuries that come with a domestic life such as warm places to curl up, regular feeding, toys and security. However, she doesn’t like physical contact from her human companions. Tundra is quite happy to sit next to people and watch the day go by with you but that’s as far as she wants the contact to go! Since being in her foster home, Tundra has taken a liking to their resident dog so if introduced properly she could live with another. Because of her temperament we also feel she would be better with teenagers plus. Do you have the right home for this little inbetweener cat? https://lnkd.in/evYMzxVa #Cats #LoveCats #Adoptober #AdoptDontShop #AnimalWelfare #RSPCA #SuffolkCharity

We're thrilled to have joined forces with the Social Market Foundation to delve into the impact of fireworks and pave the way for positive change 🎆 Countries around the world have explored alternatives and tougher regulations, from restricting commercial sales to implementing firework-free zones. If you want to see the UK Government follow suit, take action and email your MP: https://bit.ly/484TwYq

This is the beautiful Bella. She is a very bubbly girl who loves nothing more than a lap to perch her bottom on. Bella does find bad weather, particular sounds and some other dogs/people worrying, so is looking for a quiet home with adopters who are patient and gentle with her. We have no doubt she’ll flourish in a home and become the confident, happy dog she so desperately wants to be. She was diagnosed with spondylosis and mild hip dysplasia, and while this hasn’t stopped her from enjoying life it does mean that her adopters will need to provide her with some restricted exercise and physiotherapy. She loves dinner time and play time, and you will often find her prancing around with a toy in her mouth. Could you have a place waiting on your sofa with Bellas name on it?
