Do you want to have fun, build lifelong friendships and meet like-minded people from your community? If the answer is YES, then Round Table is the perfect place for you. Table events can vary with activities such as white water rafting, hiking, zorbing, crazy golf, learning how to make the perfect sushi or taking a tour of the local brewery. Come along to one of our social nights out to see what we are about. Our community fundraising involves everything from food and drink festivals, firework events and Santa sleighs; to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and 10k fun runs. Round Table clubs raise over £4 million a year for local communities and good causes, whilst volunteering more than 160,000 hours. We are part of the Round Table family, which is a secular, non-political organisation supporting people in communities across the UK' Round Table is open to men between the ages of 18 and 45, whilst our sister organisation Ladies Circle is open to women of the same age. When Mathew moved from Solihull to Sheringham 12 years ago, he didn't know anybody except his partner. It can be pretty tough meeting new people in your thirties... And he soon found that juggling his career and new parenthood left him with little time to find new friends. That is, until his partner reached out to his local Round Table 🙌 We caught up with Mathew at the National Sporting Weekend in August. He told us.... "The members of the Sheringham and Cromer Round Table have been nothing short of amazing. Inclusive, friendly, outgoing, and just all-around great fun. I couldn’t have joined at a better time." “If no one had told me about Round Table, none of this would have happened, and Saturday night I'd likely have been sitting at home in my slippers watching another Netflix film....
