Malawi's healthcare system is overwhelmed, with only one doctor for every 50,000 people—compared to one for every 350 in the UK 🌍 Amidst these struggles, three Freemasons from Blackpool are bringing hope through their charity Feet First Worldwide 👣 Founded by Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon Steve Mannion in 2004 and supported by Clive Chenery and Allan Monks, the charity started by treating clubfoot but has since expanded to provide vital trauma care and more 💪🏥 In a country where untreated injuries can lead to lifelong disabilities or worse, their work is saving lives and changing futures 🚑💫 Read more on our blog⏬ 🔗https://lnkd.in/eTVWD2mX #Freemasons

🚀 Congratulations to Round-Britain Walker Chris Jones 🚀 Chris set out on an ambitious mission in 2023: to raise £100,000 for the Masonic Charitable Foundation while walking the coastline of Britain. With an incredible £75,000 already collected and donations still pouring in, Chris is officially the top individual fundraiser for the MCF 🙌 His Herculean mission took him around Britain, starting from Skegness on New Year’s Day in 2023 and concluding there on 14 December 2024. Throughout his remarkable expedition, he visited 44 Provinces (21 in England and Wales, 23 in Scotland), spent over 400 nights camping, and met countless Freemasons across the country.
