  • The stats are in, and if you're high-performing (HP) woman, you're probably not surprised: 👎 76% of HP women received explicitly negative feedback, compared to only 2% of HP men. 👎 88% of HP women received feedback on their personality instead of performance, often rooted in gender biases, versus only 12% of men. 👎 78% of HP women have been labeled as emotional, while only 11% of HP men received similar feedback. 👎 HP women are almost twice as likely to receive unactionable feedback compared to their male counterparts. 👎 Women report feeling disrespected or under-appreciated 1.3 times more often than men. And perhaps the most painful data point: women are 7 times more likely to internalize the negative stereotypes they hear about themselves. These findings echo what so many of us have felt throughout our careers - feedback that is more critical, less helpful and often biased. This has real-world consequences, limiting opportunities for development, pay, and promotion. But here's the truth: You don't have to play by these rules. You can reshape the narrative.   • We're proud to announce that our Founder, Anne-Marie, will be joining UN Women UK as a delegate for the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women #CSW68. As the largest global policymaking body dedicated exclusively to promoting gender equality and the empowerment of women, the Commission offers a platform to amplify the voices of women and girls and create real action plans tackling relevant issues. This year’s theme, to #InvestInWomenAccelerateProgress, is a chance to address poverty on a global scale. As we enter an election year, this is a particularly critical issue here in the UK, where gender pay gaps and patriarchal structures mean women suffer disproportionately. Anne-Marie and her fellow delegates will also be working to empower women in leadership roles and encouraging a gendered lens when it comes to financial decision-making and policy. As a member of CSW, Anne-Marie is joining forces with thousands of trail-blazing women from across the world, all coming together to contribute, discuss, and debate solutions that lead to action. i.e. making a real IMPACT!
