We're so proud that Our Trust has received a Level 2 Disability Confident Employer certification, a government accreditation which recognises employers that take action to improve how they recruit, retain, and develop people with disabilities and health conditions. We were previously accredited as a Disability Confident Level 1 organisation and have now progressed to becoming a Level 2 Disability Confident Employer. This has been achieved by developing the support available and reducing barriers for people with disabilities and health conditions.
