The Kicks team play a key role every evening in engaging with young people, and on Halloween this takes a step up, as our team joined events in Hinklers Green and Mansell Park, as well as still running sessions in their regular Thursday locations in Goals Millbrook and Oasis Academy Sholing ⚽ #PLKicks | The Premier League Charitable Fund

Southampton Football Club x Saints Foundation Matchday Showcase 😇 With the new look St Mary's footprint and pre-match atmosphere, Saints Foundation have been able to engage with fans in a whole new way on a matchday. Charlie Martin, Head of Fundraising and Marketing, said: "The new fanzones and increased activity around the stadium have given us a huge opportunity to talk to more fans around the work we do. As the charity of Southampton Football Club, it is hugely important to us that Saints fans are aware and proud of what we do to support the community." Community Champions had the opportunity to showcase our Secondary Schools Engagement project to fans as they were arriving at St Mary's before the Carabou Cup game vs Stoke City. They were out and about in both the Family and Northam Fanzone, informing fans of the great work done in our 9 Secondary Schools across Southampton. A large part of the role of a Community Champion is inspiring the young people they work with, so we asked fans to let us know what advice they would give to a young person. Kicking off careers with Gav 😇 We were delighted to host our Premier League Inspires and Community Champion schools for our 2024 Careers Taster Day at St Mary's Stadium. Our young people were able to see stations around interview prep, going to University, life as an apprentice, tasters with our Marketing, Fundraising & Partnerships team, and finally a Q&A with Southampton Football Club's Gavin Bazunu ❤ #PLInspires | The Premier League Charitable Fund

Another Premium Patron Supporting Southampton 😇 We are delighted to announce that long term supporter of Saints Foundation, Mackoy Ltd have extended their commitment to us and the community, by becoming a Premium Patron. Mackoy will work closely with the Foundation by attending all of our Corporate events, as well as getting out into the community to see the great work they are helping to fund. Michael Mayock, Managing Director of Mackoy Ltd, has also cemented his support to the Foundation, by becoming a Patron Saint. Community Champions funding boost ✅ Our project helping secondary school aged young people reach their full potential have had their funding confirmed from the Premier League PFA Community Fund. Community Champions places Saints Foundation staff in local secondary schools full-time, so they can help pupils who struggle in a traditional classroom setting reach their potential.
