On Saturday evening, to kick off the festive calendar at Abbotsford we hosted a sell out event at Ochiltree’s, with a wonderful evening listening to the Melrose Vocal Ensemble perform festive songs through the centuries, culminating in an impressive mash-up of the well known and much loved carols.

Our first Women in Hospitality Event
At Saltire Hospitality, we work with an array of remarkable and skilled women. From our industry friends to our venue teams, clients and suppliers, the hospitality sector is truly brimming with female talent. In light of this, our Wedding and Events Coordinator, Kate, came up with a wonderful idea to unite some of these amazing women for a networking evening.
We were hosted by Tigerlily and spent a delightful evening conversing with other women in the industry, exchanging stories, tips, and experiences. This gathering ignited collaboration and shared insights, filling a void that had been present in the industry for quite some time! It is our pleasure as a heavily female-dominated team to lead this event. Due to the incredible success of the night, we have decided to make it a regular occurrence. We are looking to host these gatherings quarterly, bringing together these talented women. If you're interested in joining our next event, please reach out!

Last week, we had the pleasure of catering for 400 guests for a conference at the stunning Assembly Rooms Edinburgh ✨
Guests enjoyed a delightful breakfast spread featuring pastries, bacon rolls, muffins, and freshly brewed Italian Aroma filter coffee ☕️ followed by a delicious lunch of handcrafted sandwiches and our chef's seasonal soup 🍲
After Dark at Greyfriars 🖤
Last night we held our annual Saltire Hospitality party at the iconic Greyfriars Kirk
With innovative canapes and autumnal bowl food as well as a gorgeous dessert grazing table made by @saltire_patisserie our guests were well-fed! 🍴
Guests also enjoyed delicious cocktails served smoking, sparkling or from blood bags 🩸
Of course, it wouldn't be a Saltire Hospitality party without incredible entertainment from magician Dave Reubens Magic reading minds to the captivating Harmonia Band and theatric photobooth by Social Jungle 📸
