We are delighted to announce that Paul Squire, Co-Founder and CEO of Sama Investment Group, has joined Birmingham City Council’s (BCC) Digbeth Regeneration Board.   The Board, led by Joanne Rooney CBE, Managing Director of BCC, and Simon Delahunty-Forrest, Assistant Director, Development Planning & Development at Birmingham City council, will work to deliver affordable homes, strengthen health, wellbeing and safety, and strengthen sustainability in the city.   The focus of the Board is around the HS2 station at Curzon Street, and the regeneration it will offer the surrounding area including both Digbeth and the Knowledge Quarter. #Digbethregeneration #Birmingham #Propertydevelopment #Regeneration

Sama Investment Group has submitted plans for 31 new residential apartments and three spacious commercial units as part of a mixed-used regeneration scheme known as Highgate Corner. Located on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre, to the north of the iconic Balti Triangle, the proposals would see the transformation of a vacant brownfield site to deliver a new residential community on the corner of Highgate Road, Ladypool Road and Stratford Road.
