Today at Scale Space, we were proud to host an insightful discussion for International Women’s Day 2025, focused on breaking barriers, fostering inclusivity, and driving real progress for women in the start-up space. 1️⃣ Women-led startups continue to grow, yet access to funding and leadership opportunities remains uneven. Addressing these challenges requires actionable strategies. 2️⃣ Inclusive workplaces are built with intention. Strong leadership, structured mentorship, and clear policies help create equitable opportunities for all. 3️⃣ Meaningful progress comes from measurable commitments. Organisations that track and act on diversity goals foster stronger, more innovative teams. 4️⃣ Everyone has a role to play in advancing equity. Advocacy, sponsorship, and inclusive leadership contribute to long-term change. This conversation was more than just a reflection—it was a call to action. A Royal Visit to Scale Space 👑 A special day at Scale Space as we welcomed His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, who visited to meet with Mental Health Innovations and The Mix Charity alongside members of their Youth Advisory Board. He was also joined by Charles Mindenhall, co-founder of Blenheim Chalcot—our partner and key supporter of all things Scale Space. We were delighted that our team and building could help facilitate an afternoon of engaging conversations and meaningful collaboration. And where did it all take place?
