🔥 Today is a 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 announcement. 🔥 Today is a 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 alert. 🔥 Today is a 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘆 for all of us at Strive. Five years ago today, a 19 year old Dylan Hoyle entered the Strive offices to start his recruitment career. Despite joining us as a ‘recruitment rookie’, Dylan’s drive, commerciality and intelligence were clear from the start – with him setting an ambitious goal of being a Director of the company within 5 years. Four years, eleven months and three weeks later, he hit that goal (we just waited until today to announce it, sorry Dylan!) - with his 𝗳𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, taking him to 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿. 🚀 Joining in October 2019, it’s safe to say that Dylan joined at a tough time; as he was just hitting ramp, the world stopped. With his normal grit and resilience he bounced back and took advantage when the market turned, managing the usual rollercoaster of recruitment. We couldn’t possibly list all of Dylan’s achievements from the last 5 years - and he's too modest a guy to share most of them! But to give you a snapshot: ✅ Biggest Biller at Strive in 2023. ✅ Relocated to Tampa to help found our US office and grow our team in the States. ✅ Winner of the Strive Holiday Incentives 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024! On top of this, we couldn’t ask for a better teammate, manager and friend to work with. The most inspiring guy to sit alongside, and what was a huge loss to our UK office was a major gain to our US one. Congratulations Dylan! Thank you for all your hard work over the last 5 years and your unwavering commitment to Strive.
