We’re thrilled to announce that this bespoke single-dwelling designed by our team has been unanimously approved at Maldon District Council planning committee! The site is located in the open countryside and outside the settlement boundary - an area with stringent planning controls. By embracing the site’s rural character, our contemporary design integrates harmoniously into its surroundings, offering generous landscaping opportunities and incorporating Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) to enhance ecological value. The approved scheme, supported by invaluable planning expertise from Q Square, reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, context-sensitive architecture, no matter the project’s scale. While much of our work spans larger developments and a wide range of sectors, this project showcases our versatility and attention to detail. It’s a testament to the value of innovative design, careful planning, and collaboration with local stakeholders. We’re excited to see this vision come to life and proud to have created a design that enhances both the site and its natural environment. #PlanningApproval #SustainableDesign #Architecture #LatchingdonRoad #Collaboration
