About us

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) is a non-ministerial department established by the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008. All the work we do is underpinned by our core values of: * commitment and professionalism; * providing a high quality service; * integrity and impartiality; * working to improve the justice system; and * using resources effectively.
