🌟 New Employment Law: Addressing Sexual Harassment 🌟 On 26th October 2024, a significant new Sexual Harassment Law comes into force, placing a duty on employers to prevent harassment in the workplace. This shift reflects the growing emphasis on creating safer, more respectful work environments.   At Selcon, we are proud to be ahead of the curve. Our Managing Director, Sam Fowkes,  has been proactive in ensuring that we are fully compliant. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating construction projects from start to finish, including developing tender programmes, logistics plans and schedules. Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including resources and timeline. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure programmes are robust and all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with the project plan. Identify potential construction problems and develop solutions. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
