Congratulations to our September Reward and Recognition Winner Jeffery Kwateng-Acheampong  Jeffery won for his continued hard work and excellence at #AllyPally.  Damien Kennedy, Head of Security and Traffic for Alexandra Palace had this to say about Jeffery:  "Jeffs work here at Ally Pally has quite rightly been recognised as outstanding. Jeff was a part of our amazing team who ensured that our Summer Series Concerts were London's best outdoor music event of the summer, and we are delighted his efforts have been recognised. Well done Jeff!!"   Read the full nomination below:  “Since Jeff joined us at Ally Pally, he has made significant strides in his role. He began as an SIA and quickly earned a position to be one of my regular supervisors at Alexandra Palace. Jeff demonstrated exceptional leadership while supervising the Evolv system team during the Summer Series Concerts and the Kaleidoscope Festival in July. His ability to manage and motivate the team was evident, as staff consistently expressed how much they enjoyed working under his supervision. He also impressed key stakeholders at Ally Pally, and the positive feedback I’ve received about Jeff has been constant. Over the bank holiday weekend in August, we hosted two beach events, Gok Wan and Norman Jay. Once again, Jeff stepped up to the challenge, impressing not only our managers but also our main client, including the new Alexandra Palace Head of Security. Jeff took charge, briefing staff, organising deployments, and managing the event flawlessly throughout the weekend. I’ve received several emails from the venue praising Jeff's hard work, problem-solving abilities, and his positive, can-do attitude. His willingness to learn and adapt has not gone unnoticed, and his efforts reflect positively on SES”.
