🏗️✨ Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week! ✨🏗️ We’re incredibly proud of our apprentices, and today we’re shining a spotlight on some outstanding talents from our construction department: 🏆 Cai Curtis – A carpentry apprentice with an incredible work ethic, Cai secured Gold at the 2024 SkillBuild competition! Employed by Tim Frost Carpentry, he has become an invaluable team member, demonstrating skill, dedication, and a really calm approach to everything he achieves. 🏆 Kyle Blower – A bricklaying apprentice who, like Cai, took Gold at SkillBuild last year! Working for L G Blower Specialist Bricklayer Ltd, Kyle is following in his father’s footsteps, earning recognition as the overall winner of the prestigious Guild of Bricklaying. He also made history at Super Trowel, USA, bringing home Silver – the first UK entrant to win in 25 years! ⚡ Nathan Broster – A switched-on electrical apprentice who transitioned from A-levels to an apprenticeship with PENGUIN ELECTRICAL LIMITED. His combination of academic excellence and practical skills saw him complete his apprenticeship six months ahead of schedule 👊 🏆 Joe Shingler – Another top-tier bricklaying apprentice, Joe joined Shingler Group in 2020 and embraced his craft with passion and dedication. His efforts were rewarded with Gold at the 2023 SkillBuild national final. He continues to advance his career by studying an HNC/HTQ in Construction Management with us. It’s National Apprenticeship Week and today we're highlighting some of our fantastic employers! Without their commitment and dedication there would be no apprentices, so a massive thank you for all you do. 😍 We've chosen to put the spotlight today on Caterpillar Inc.
