It is with great sadness that we share with you the news that Marcel Swagers passed away last week. This was unexpected and has been an immense shock.   Marcel was passionate about many things in life and would enthusiastically drop anything to help others. He was a talented linguist - speaking German, Italian, French, Spanish, English and Dutch - media content expert, master storyteller, and a cherished friend to us all.   We will miss Marcel greatly - his stories, enthusiasm, energy, generosity, and smile will always be remembered.

It is #GlobalAccessibilityAwarenessDay! Our own Sven Koster had the owner to speak to the RNIB on their Tech Radio channel about how we are making the world accessible to everyone. Because a good accessible solution won't benefit only a specific user group but will benefit's everyone. What to think about making station announcements accessible with Arriva Rail London through your own device in either audio or text in the language you understand including sign language. Or wayfinding that not only blind and partially sighted can use, but everyone.
