    This could be really big news, both for jobseekers and recruiters 👇👇 Fast Company has just reported the rollout of new LinkedIn A.I. tools, initially for recruiters and then for Premium jobseekers. ⭐ The recruiter change means that LinkedIn profile optimisation (including keyword optimisation) will become even more essential for jobseekers. A.I. will auto-generate a suggested shortlist of candidates for recruiters (a big time-saver) and will highlight why each of the top shortlist candidates looks to be a good fit for the role. In other words, if your LinkedIn profile doesn't do a good job of showing you're a good match for a position, you aren't really going to be in the running to get interviewed: "A new AI Hiring Assistant will soon let recruiters supply job descriptions and notes on qualifications, then automatically generate a short list of LinkedIn users who look like a good match for the job. And as recruiters go through the list of suggested candidates, the AI will indicate which of a job’s required and preferred qualifications each person appears to have." * New premium offering for jobseekers * Alongside this change for recruiters, LinkedIn is also working on AI tools that will give job seekers insights into whether their profile is likely to be scored as a strong shortlist candidate for jobs that are listed on LinkedIn. This jobseeker tool is expected to be rolled out to Premium members within the next weeks. In my opinion, these are potential game-changers for both recruiters and candidates.     Want a proven way to multiply the visibility your firm gets on LinkedIn? It's straight from Cayla Dengate, senior editor at LinkedIn, who was sharing insights at SXSW Sydney earlier this month. Forget algorithm hacks and engagement tricks. The key thing to leverage is the fact that: ⭐ Content from an employee or founder performs 4x better than that from a company page. Now, my own experience with smaller businesses is that this performance gap is even bigger - more like 5-10x the visibility. But let's park that thought and stick with 4x as the number. Imagine that you get just 5 people in your business to consistently post on LinkedIn. That's 20x the visibility that the company could have achieved on its own, posting via the company page.
