The newly created Senior Vice President role will assume overall responsibility and ownership for the management of spa and wellness operations across Fairmont’s portfolio of 95 properties. Reporting to the Global Chief Operating Officer of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts with a dotted line reporting to the Global Senior Vice President of Wellness, and collaborating with colleagues on the Raffles side of the business and at a corporate level within Accor, they will create and set processes and systems to deliver a highly consistent, innovative guest experience integrating relaxation, rejuvenation, health, and harmony. Working with Sales, Marketing and PR at a group level, and interacting confidently and respectfully with owners, they will identify ways to drive revenue and increase income levels. We are looking for a confident and inspiring leader who can create an inclusive culture, willing to take a hands-on approach with spa leadership across the group. The appointed candidate will possess deep and extensive professional experience in luxury hotel spa and wellness management. Fluent in English, and willing to undertake extensive travel, this person will be an articulate and persuasive communicator, highly creative, energetic and passionate, with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, and a demonstrated aptitude for effective prioritisation and time management. This role will ideally be based in Dubai, however other locations such as Toronto or New York could also be considered.
