Taking Construction Insights to New Heights 🚁 We’re proud to share a glimpse of our first project with Ardmore Group at West Cromwell Road, one of London’s most complex construction sites. After a site recce and careful flight planning we spent half a day capturing drone footage, providing a unique aerial perspective of this landmark project. We enjoyed it so much that we went the extra mile—delivering a professionally edited video to showcase the incredible work happening on-site. The experience has been so rewarding that we’ve already booked visits to two more Ardmore sites for drone filming after another successful recce in London last week! This collaboration underscores the value of combining cutting-edge drone technology with innovative engineering to document and support complex builds that Ardmore work on. Here's some facts about this project: 🏗 West Cromwell Road is a landmark mixed-use development, offering 462 apartments across seven blocks, with the tallest reaching 33 storeys—making it one of the tallest buildings in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. 🏗 They're working both beneath and above an operational Tesco store and car park. 🏗 Due to the sites proximity to the Network Rail line, Ardmore have also implemented measures to counteract vibrations from passing trains. A free-standing slip form, supported by 13 brackets and acoustic barriers, ensures stability and minimises vibration impact.
