As a corporate parent for more than 200 children and young people in South Glos, we take our role in supporting them seriously. Over the last few years, we’ve been shaping and growing WAYPOINT, a service that offers a range of trauma and therapeutically informed support. We sat down with Team Manager, Claire Greenham during #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek to hear about our WAYPOINT service and how it's supporting the mental health of children and young people in South Glos through therapeutic approaches. We are pleased to announce that the Greenprint project will be attending the Live Labs 2 Expo 2025. Held at the Hilton Liverpool on Tuesday 25 March 2025, the ADEPT #LiveLabs2Expo event will showcase all seven of the #LiveLab 2 projects, demonstrating the innovation, services and technologies so far, looking at work currently in development and setting out priorities for the final year of the programme. The free event will explore cutting-edge technologies shaping the future of our sector and offers an opportunity to engage with industry leaders and experts to drive collaboration. We will be exhibiting at the event, showcasing how we’ve been taking a different approach to how we manage selected grass verges and green spaces and trialling converting the cuttings into energy to generate valuable resources such as biofuel, biomethane, and biochar - turning waste into wealth. Book your free place and find out more at https://lnkd.in/eKeWWeqW ADEPT Live Labs 2: Decarbonising Local Roads in the UK is a three-year, UK-wide £30 million programme funded by Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom that aims to decarbonise the local highway network.
