As we prepare to take SOUTHWORKS very first solo exhibition stand at IBC - International Broadcasting Convention – it’s got me thinking about all the amazing ‘firsts’ I've had the privilege to experience as a founder and leader growing a business.✨💫 💭 Here are a few of the ‘firsts’ I've been reminiscing about this week: 🏆 First time we won a client 🇺🇸 First trip to the Microsoft campus back in 2006 🦾 First AI project in 2021 🚀 First office in Buenos Aires 🇳🇱 First IBC I attended 🗣️ First panel I spoke at during IBC 2019, with Lutful Khandker and Daniel Epstein Every 'first' is a stepping stone, shaping who we are today and setting the stage for the future. This week, I had the opportunity to visit Silicon Valley with Ezequiel Jadib, and we had an absolute blast. First, a big thank you to Emilee Liu and Sviat Dulianinov from our wonderful customer, Bright Machines, for hosting us at their stunning new office and giving us an inspiring tour. We love working with such creative and innovative companies—it’s truly a privilege. 🙌 A shoutout to Sean T. from Meltwater—although our journey has kept us connected through all the digital means possible, it’s always great to get some face time. Thanks for catching up, Sean! 🤝 We also had a fantastic time with Danny Lowenthal and Joyce Lin🌥 from our favorite Microsoft team. Thank you both for taking the time to grab lunch with us; we had an absolute blast. 🍴 Connecting with James Jarrett and his team was another highlight! The energy was incredible, and we’re super excited to build more AI Design Wins together in FY25. Thanks for a great session and a lovely dinner. 🚀 I’ve always been a summer person, ever since I was a kid who wished “summer would never end.” But as I dive back into work, I couldn’t be more excited for what’s in store for FY25 with our spectacular partners at Microsoft. 🎉 And of course, San Francisco 🌁 — you’ll always have a special place in my heart since the early days of Mural. It’s great to be back, and I hope it won’t be long until the next visit. ❤️ Here’s to the exciting times ahead! 🍻

☕️ 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐣𝐞 𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐢 ✨ In just 24 hours, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions, and I’m leaving the city inspired and excited for what’s going to be a great FY25 at SOUTHWORKS. Yesterday, as I arrived in the city, I had the opportunity to meet with my good friend Avi Saxena for dinner, along with his team, Mit Majithia and Jen T. We had a fantastic time reminiscing about the early days of our work with Warner Bros. Discovery. Then, early this morning, I got the chance to meet with my dear friend and one of our best "partners in crime", Eleni Rachaniotou. We strategized about AI, FY25, and all the exciting things coming in the next few months. At the Convention Center, MCAPS Start is happening, I caught up with my good old friend Lalo (Eduardo) Steinmann. I wish I had taken a picture with him today. We talked about AI, Copilots, and everything we’re planning for FY25. To top it all off 🍒, I had a really interesting meeting with our friends at Microsoft and IBM in the very same building (“Building 5”) where, 20 years ago, I worked for Patterns and Practices. I must admit, I almost shed a tear or two 😢. Thank you, Leon Harris, Amit Banik, and Jeremiah Talkar, for setting this up. As I said, I’m excited for what’s to come, but entering that building made me realize how thankful I am for the past, the experiences, and the opportunities that have shaped my journey. Now it’s time to head home, wrap up, and get ready for some quality vacation time with my family! 🏖️ Onto the next adventure 🚀
