A wrong chunking strategy may break an entire RAG. That's why I love the "By Similarity" chunking strategy described by Maria Khalusova. Instead of guessing or cutting text in random places, you can use embeddings to determine whether two pieces of text are similar and should belong to the same chunk. It works best for chaotic writing where the author diverges in every paragraph, solving the chunking problem of texts incompatible with any other chunking strategy. #ai #rag
