** WE ARE HIRING ** Spartan Direct are looking for an Administrative Assistant. Roles to include Managing the companies database, electronically and paper files. Maintaining a well-organised, clean, tidy and efficient office environment. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and events. Provide general administrative support to team members and maintain our ISO 9001 accreditation. Qualifications required: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience of maintaining a QMS. Office hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
