We are pleased to announce that Spence have been awarded a new project at #LiverpoolStreetStation for Networkrail. The project aims to improve pedestrian flow at the station and will entail removing the food kiosks between platforms 1 and 10 and installing additional ticket gates. To replace the lost retail space, we will create three new retail units next to platform 10 along with a new ticket office. We are excited to get on site and see the improvements come to life! Take a look around our #Letchworth depot site where the team have recently completed the renewal of the depot goods shed. Our brief was to redevelop the existing asbestos clad train shed into a purpose-built storage unit. The existing shed was demolished, which included the removal of foundations, with a modernised replica of the build constructed in its place. Well done to all involved! #construction #refurbishment
