At SPT Labtech, we are always looking for ways to improve efficiency while strengthening our commitment to sustainability. I was pleased to see a recent project that brought this to life when our teams partnered with students from the University of Cambridge. It very much provided a valuable opportunity to step back and examine some of our critical supply chain challenges from a new angle. Their structured analysis of e-waste reduction, stock strategy, and delivery delays offered thoughtful insights that certainly align with our own ESG goals. More importantly, their reflections reinforced what we strive for as a business—balancing operational efficiency with long-term environmental responsibility. Collaborations like this are a reminder for all that tackling complex challenges requires both experience and new ways of thinking.
