As Sales Order Manager, leading not just one, but two key teams — Sales Order Processing & Call-Offs, Diane manages a total of 10 people who keep everything moving behind the scenes. 💪   Having been with Staircraft for over 3 years, Diane built the Sales Order Processing team from scratch, growing it into a strong team of four, before taking on the customer Call-Offs and rising rapidly into management last year.   Both of Diane's teams handle thousands of customer interactions each week and it's down to these teams to ensure that every order is processed seamlessly. 🙌 Diane leads her team with a #customerfirst mindset, strong #leadership, and problem-solving approach while tackling daily challenges. 👉 Her impact? From urgent requests to last-minute changes, she keeps everything running smoothly, empowering her team, optimising processes, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service.
