We are proud to be assisting a new client in Romford, after they were let down by a previous frame contractor who went bust halfway through the build. Left with incorrect works and an unfinished structure, the project came to a halt and was in urgent need of remediation. Within just one week of instruction, we mobilised a team on-site and instructed our engineers to begin all the necessary design work. Yesterday saw a successful team meeting held on site with our engineer Adam from Design4Structures to walk through the site and identify remedial works required. We are now remediating all errors created by the previous contractor and progressing construction on floors 3-8 to get this project back on track. Our focus, as always, is on delivering a smooth and quality experience with SFS whilst hoping to restore our clients confidence in steel framing as they see their development completed to the highest standard. 💥Project Update💥 Works continue here on site at Barrett’s Grove, with the team working their way through the SFS infill on level 2 with the external boarding to follow.
