📢 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 We are excited to welcome Karrdale to the Step Change in Safety network! 🎉 Karrdale aim to help clients come to new ways of thinking when it comes to safety and engaging with their people. By focusing on building a strong sense of community, their approach is about giving people a feeling of togetherness. Communities are people focused, they take care of each other, and all of this is done through choice. They want to help people develop this same feeling within the workplace. This sense of community is key to developing any type of culture. Communities are what every culture is built from after all. They work with clients to develop a bespoke approach and sessions, and understand that, when dealing with people, individuals or groups, there is no one size fits all approach to making a difference. Every community needs something slightly different to thrive, so Karrdale work to build partnerships rather than impose yet another process.
