Our Free Friday initiative gives our team the last Friday of every month off to focus on their own wellbeing—whether that means spending time with loved ones, exploring a passion, or simply recharging. 🧘♂️🌿 We're also proud of our long-standing partnership with Spill, which offers all-in-one virtual mental health support. This means that no matter where our employees are, they have access to therapy, coaching, and resources that help them thrive.
