Managing Director @ Street Support Network. Looking to bring digital transformation to see increased social impact in homelessness.

Big services provide expertise. Small, local groups build trust. Both are essential, but they work best when connected. That’s where Street Support Network comes in—helping organisations work together so people get the right support, at the right time, from the right place.

  • The homelessness sector is complex, and finding the right support can be overwhelming. That’s why we’re launching a Virtual Assistant - a tool designed to: ✅ Help individuals find support services more quickly and easily ✅ Reduce barriers of shame or judgement when seeking help ✅ Be a gateway to help that's available 24/7 This is digital transformation for good and we’re so excited about it!

  • I sometimes imagine Street Support Network as a physical community hub where all the support you need is under one roof. Imagine walking into a space in your local area where different organisations have stands for housing, food, financial advice, mental health support, and more. You can browse, ask questions, and find what’s right for you. That’s what Street Support Network is online. A 'one-stop-shop' where you can see what’s available in your area and connect with the right help, fast. Whatever you’re facing, there’s support out there. And it starts here: streetsupport.net

  • It’s a common myth that homelessness support is only for those already without a home. But the truth is that many services can help before you lose your home, often making a huge difference. Whether you're behind on rent, struggling with bills, or worried about eviction, the sooner you reach out, the more options you’ll have. Find support near you by visiting streetsupport.net

  • You know what we do - connecting people experiencing homelessness with support, and helping organisations work better together. The problem is getting worse and the need for both of these keeps growing. But we just want to use today to say thank you. Thank you for liking, thank you for sharing, thank you for being part of our network. We've got a lot coming up this year and your continued support means a huge amount 💚

  • Recently, we’ve been asking 'what if' a lot more… What if people didn’t have to relive their worst experiences just to get support? What if key info was already securely stored? That's why we're developing a digital passport can make that a reality simpler, faster and trauma-informed.

Managing Director @ Street Support Network. Looking to bring digital transformation to see increased social impact in homelessness.

At the Crisis Homelessness Summit, a person with lived experience raised a crucial issue: Why do people experiencing homelessness have to retell their story over and over again? Constantly repeating personal details, often traumatic ones, can be exhausting and dehumanising. People need tools that connect them to support without forcing them to relive their past every time they seek help. That’s why we’re developing a digital passport: a secure way for individuals to store and share key information with organisations and service providers. Linked with our virtual assistant, it will make accessing support quicker, easier, and more trauma-informed, reducing the emotional toll on people already in crisis. By streamlining engagement, we can make homelessness services work for people, not add to their burden. It’s time to do better. #EndHomelessness #HomelessnessSummit #TraumaInformed

  • We know we’ve been a bit quiet on here… 👀 But that’s because we’ve been working hard behind the scenes on some exciting new things to add value to our locations and better support people facing homelessness. We're very much still here can’t wait to share what’s coming soon so please stay tuned! 💡✨
