🎯 Absolutely! To achieve our goal of decarbonizing the #hydrogen used in our #European 🇪🇺 refineries by 2030, we've signed strategic agreements with Air Liquide. Together, we're developing 2️⃣ major projects in the #Netherlands, aiming to produce and deliver 45,000 tons of #greenhydrogen per year from #renewable electricity. 🔑 The key impact? A reduction of up to 450,000 tonnes of #CO2 per year for our refineries in #Belgium 🇧🇪 and the #Netherlands 🇳🇱 , thus actively contributing to #European targets for renewable energy in #transport 👇

TotalEnergies & RWE: Advancing Green Hydrogen for a Low-Carbon Future At #TotalEnergies, we’re taking a major step toward reducing CO₂ emissions by partnering with RWE to supply 30,000 tons of green #hydrogen annually to our Leuna refinery starting in 2030. Concrete impact of this collaboration : ✅ 300,000 tons of CO₂ avoided per year ✅ Hydrogen produced by a 300 MW electrolyzer in Lingen ✅ Transported via a 600 km pipeline straight to the refinery This is the largest green hydrogen contract with an electrolyzer in Germany a —a key milestone in the energy transition! 🌬️🇹🇼 Did you catch wind of the exciting news? In #Taiwan, the Yunlin offshore wind park is now fully operational, marking a new step forward in our #offshore #wind development! The development and construction were led by Skyborn Renewables with the support of Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO) and Sojitz Corporation. Following the commercial operations date, expected in June 2025, #TotalEnergies will take the lead in technical operations management, whilst Skyborn Renewables will continue to lead other management services. This 640 MW project will power up to 600,000 homes and save 1.2 million ton of CO₂ annually.
